Appointments, Fees, & Policies

Scheduling
Sessions are approximately 75 minutes. If you have time constraints, please let me know at the beginning of the session and we can adjust accordingly.

Payment

Cash, check, and credit card payments are accepted. Sessions are $200.

  • Checks - Please make check out to ActionPotential, Inc.

  • Credit card payments include an additional 3.5% processing fee. Please pay before your session when you receive your emailed appointment reminder. It will include a payment link. Or go to the Payments page.

Canceling or rescheduling policy
Session time is valuable — yours and mine. I bill in full for missed appointments or canceling/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice. If the appointment slot can be used by another client, you will not be charged. Likewise, if I make a mistake in scheduling that causes you to come back at another time, you will receive the next session at no charge.
