Appointments, Fees, & Policies

Scheduling
Weekday and Saturday appointments are available. Although sessions are approximately an hour, it is best to allow a full hour and fifteen minutes for each session. If there are time constraints, please communicate these at the beginning of the session.

Payment
Appointments are $125 per session, due when the session is completed (cash, check, or credit card).

Appointments
Appointment reminder calls are provided as a service. This stated, appointments are considered confirmed when scheduled. At least 24 hours notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Canceling or rescheduling policy
Session time is valuable — yours and mine. I bill in full for missed appointments or canceling/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice. If the appointment slot can be used by another client, you will not be charged. Likewise, if I make a mistake in scheduling that causes you to come back at another time, you will receive the next session at no charge.
